We implemented a new and open platform for a large telecom operator in Germany. It is able to consolidate different systems, devices and protocols into one coherent solution and is ready for future challenges and growth.
Our client was a large telecommunications operator in Germany, who faced the challenge of upgrading their existing system. The tool they were using was no longer able to effectively manage a highly heterogeneous telecom environment with different access protocols and a dynamically changing inventory. In addition, it needed to respond to the diverse data visualisation requirements of users. It was clear that they needed not only an open platform, but also a flexible partner capable of responding agilely to different challenges.
As a partner with specifi industry experience in the region, we were ideally positioned to help our client. Our in-depth knowledge of both the existing and new platforms allowed us to execute the migration on a routine operations with minimal negative impact on users.
