Consolidation of data of a renowned insurance company into one integrated system

Our client, a reputable insurance company and financial institution, relied on external vendors for most of its IT services and infrastructure. The goal was to consolidate data from multiple sources into one integrated system, some of which were not directly under the client’s control. The main challenge was to create an adaptable interface that could respond to future changes in external systems.

Our extensive industry know-how and experience in integrating diverse systems made us the ideal partner for this project. Our in-depth knowledge of monitoring, OSS-BSS and other relevant systems enabled us to offer an effective solution.

We chose a commercial tool supported by a strong vendor, but offering a high level of flexibility and openness for customizations and integrations. We designed the integration interface to minimize the burden and need for development on the part of external systems while ensuring continuity in the event of future changes. The solution was designed with loose-coupling principles in mind to be resilient to future challenges and changes.

The implementation of the project went smoothly. During the implementation, the inventory system (CMDB) was replaced by another one, which is a major change in the area of OSS-BSS systems, but thanks to our design, respecting flexibility and loos-coupling principles of the interface, the impact of this change was minimized. The transition was almost seamless from the client’s point of view and the continuity of service was maintained.
