Dear partners,
I am glad that in these days of big changes in politics, economics and other, there are still something you can trust. One of those thinks is TSP Data which guaranties quality, reliability and professionalism in ICT and also for service providing like OSS/BSS systems, project management and support for almost ten years now.
I am often ask by my friends, colleagues and competitors, how can relatively small Czech company get contracts with big international companies. It is quite easy, I say, it is important to find a gap on the market, hire qualified specialists, create a good team with appropriate work environment. I assume that exactly this we have achieved. We have hired new qualified specialist even in this time of no so good economics and place them on a local and international projects. We monitor the situation on the market and trying to confirm our position.
I hear about the current global economics situation and its incidence on the Czech companies. Our company has to accommodate to this situation as well. Fortunately it was not so bad as companies working in other industries as traveling and construction companies. Computers are everywhere and they are needed even during crisis.
We should try to avoid impact of the crisis to our minds. The crisis are part of the company’s life but we should avoid loosing confidence and professionalism, responsibility and fairness in our lives and business.
